Alatech Home Inspection Service is independently owned and operated. We continually strive to maintain our reputation as the most thorough Alabama home inspection company in the area by combining our expertise with attention to service and satisfaction. Alatech Inspections has been providing residential and commercial inspections since 1986. We also specialize in Stucco/EIFS, Hard Coat Stucco, Architectural Stone, Fiber Cement (Hardie Plank) and Vinyl cladding installations and moisture testing for home owners and real-estate transactions.

To avoid any conflict of interest, we do not actively solicit real estate agents. We work directly for our clients and carry all full certifications. A written report is usually available within 24 to 48 hours via E-mail or Priority mail.

Pre-Purchase Inspections of Existing Homes are for people who have found a home they wish to purchase from another owner. Usually these inspections take place after the purchase contract has been signed, but sometimes you can get an inspection if you're only considering making an offer but have not signed a contract. The buyer usually has 7 to 10 days after signing a contract to obtain a home inspection.

New Construction Home Inspections are for people who have purchased a newly constructed home and the construction is completed.

New Home Warranty Inspections are for people who have purchased and are already living in a newly constructed home and the builder's warranty is still in effect (usually a builder's warranty is one year).

Pre-Market Home Inspections are for people who are considering putting their home on the market who would like to know what they need to repair/upgrade before they put that for sale sign on the front lawn.
